Travel & Weather Information

  • Sessions within 60 miles round trip of our home in Sun Prairie, WI are included.

  • Additional travel fees may apply outside the service area. $0.70/mile is calculated by the shortest distance to your location.

  • Some locations require photography permits or entrance fees, which are the client's responsibility if applicable.

  • The session will be rescheduled if there is rain, forecasted severe thunderstorms, unsafe air quality or unsafe winter driving conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can we change locations?

    • Yes, please give us a day or two head’s up if you would like to change your location.

  • Can we use two locations?

    • When you book a Golden Moments Collection, you have the choice of have 2 locations. No other collection will have this option.

  • What if the park is crowded?

    • We will position and pose you around the crowds to make sure the people are not in the background.

  • What if the weather changes?

    • If the weather changes during our outdoor session and the conditions are unsafe, we will stop our session and reschedule for another date.

  • Can we bring our dog?

    • Depends on the location. PS Photography is very pet friendly and we encourage you to bring your furry family. However, it is all dependent on the location you are choosing. Some locations do not allow dogs. This will be something we will need to look up when you propose a location.

  • What if the location requires a photography permit?

    • Some locations may require a photography permit to be purchased. The permit cost will be the responsibility of the client, but PS Photography will need to be the person to obtain the permit. This cost will be invoiced to you and will need to be paid 1 week before the scheduled session. UW Arboretum and Allen Centennial Park in Madison WI does require a permit.
