After your booking is complete, we'll begin planning your session together. Please complete the attached Questionnaire.
We'll help you with:

Our goal is to make everything feel easy and stress-free.

About one week before your session we'll send a reminder with important information including:
Meeting location
Parking details (if needed)

If weather becomes unsafe, we'll work together to find another date.

During Your Session
Our sessions are relaxed, fun, and flexible.
You don't need to worry about knowing how to pose—we'll guide you every step of the way.

Sue often provides more posing guidance while Phil loves capturing the authentic moments happening naturally in between. Together, we create a gallery that tells your story from beginning to end.
What to Wear
Choosing the right clothing can make a big difference.
We recommend:
Coordinating colors instead of matching exactly
Soft neutrals or earth tones
Layers and textures
Comfortable clothing you feel confident wearing
Avoiding large logos and busy patterns

After Your Session
We'll carefully review and professionally edit the best images from your session.

Printing Your Memories
While digital images are wonderful for sharing, we encourage printing your favorites so they can be enjoyed every day.
Your online gallery includes access to professional-quality prints, canvases, wall art, albums, and gifts delivered directly to your home.
Additional Information
Please Arrive On Time
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Arriving on time allows us to make the most of your session and ensures we have plenty of time to capture everything we've planned together.
Children
Parents, don't stress!
Children are wonderfully unpredictable—and that's perfectly okay.
We take our time, play games, laugh, explore, and follow their lead when needed.
Some of the most meaningful photographs happen during those unscripted moments.
Pets
We love including furry family members!
If bringing a pet, please remember to:
Bring a leash
Pack treats or favorite toys
Bring water
Have someone available to take your pet home if they won't be in the entire session
