Welcome to School Day Smiles! Our goal is to capture genuine smiles, happy personalities, and the special moments of your child's school year. Whether it's a traditional portrait or playful outdoor images, we'll create photographs you'll treasure for years to come.
How It Works
Register Your Child
Before Picture Day, each family must complete the online registration. This will be emailed to you by the childcare/preschool.
Registration Fee: $30 per child
Your registration:
Reserves your child's photography session.
Gives PS Photography permission to photograph your child during Picture Day.
Includes an online gallery of your child's images.
Applies 100% of your $30 registration fee as credit toward the package you choose after viewing your gallery.
Photography Styles that Programs can choose from
Your childcare center may offer one of the following photography experiences.
OUTDOOR PLAY PORTRAITS
Natural, candid images that capture your child's personality while they play, explore, laugh, and interact outdoors.
These sessions focus on:
Genuine smiles
Natural expressions
Play-based moments
Individual portraits
Infants will remain indoors and will be photographed in a safe play setting using simple floor-based setups.
TRADITIONAL PORTRAITS
Viewing Your Gallery
After Picture Day:
Your child's professionally edited gallery will be delivered online.
You'll receive an email with viewing instructions.
You can view your images from any computer or mobile device.
Choose your favorite package using your $30 registration credit.
There is no obligation to purchase beyond your registration fee, but most families choose to upgrade once they see their gallery.
What to Expect
Each child receives an individual photography session.
During the session, we typically capture:
A minimum of 5 professionally edited images
Multiple expressions
Different poses or angles
Close-up and full-body images (when appropriate)
Our goal is to capture your child's unique personality—not just a smile for the camera.
Classic school portraits photographed against a professionally selected backdrop.
These sessions focus on:
Timeless portraits
Simple posing
Natural smiles
Clean, classic look
Photography Packages
Once your gallery is ready, you'll have several package options to choose from.
Your $30 registration fee will be deducted from the package you purchase, making it easy to select the collection that's right for your family.
Additional digital images, prints, canvases, albums, and wall art may also be available depending on the package selected.
