Children are photographed naturally while playing outdoors, creating authentic smiles and personality-filled images.

CLASS PHOTOS
Centers may choose between two class photo options:
Traditional Class Photo
The entire class photographed together.
Composite Class Photo
Each child is photographed individually and combined into one professionally designed class photo.
Composite class photos are especially helpful for younger classrooms where getting every child looking at the camera at the same time can be difficult.
STAFF HEADSHOTS
Complimentary professional headshots for each staff member. There is no registration fee for staff, however, they will need to still register.
$50 photo badge credit for the center to use toward employee identification badges.
Staff members will also receive their own private online gallery.
If a staff member would like a digital copy of their professional headshot for LinkedIn, email signatures, business use, or personal use, it can be purchased directly through their gallery.
School Partnership
School Day Smiles offers two partnership options, giving childcare centers and early learning programs the flexibility to choose what works best for their program and families.
Standard School Partnership
Our Standard Partnership is designed for centers looking for a traditional Picture Day experience with added benefits for their program. A $100 Date Reservation Retainer helps reserve your Picture Day and becomes a $100 Center Choice Credit after the event. Your center can use the credit toward options such as updated marketing photos, staff images, classroom prints, staff treats, or other available Center Choice benefits.
Fundraising School Partnership
Want Picture Day to give a little something back? Our Fundraising Partnership has no upfront reservation fee and turns School Day Smiles into an easy fundraiser for your center. For every qualifying Smiles Collection purchased, PS Photography gives $5 back to your program. Families receive beautiful school portraits while helping support the center their children attend. Your Picture Day date is tentatively scheduled when the partnership agreement is signed. At least 10 children must successfully register within 14 days to officially secure the Picture Day date.
Included With Both Partnerships
Both options include an organized Picture Day experience, family registration, marketing and communication materials, private online galleries, convenient ordering, and support from PS Photography from planning through gallery delivery.

Marketing Support
PS Photography provides marketing materials to help families learn about Picture Day.
Materials include:
Parent flyers
Posters for entryways and classrooms
Registration information
QR codes for easy online registration
Reminder graphics (if desired)
Centers are encouraged to share reminders through newsletters, parent communication apps, social media, and email.
We ask that your center:
Share registration information with families.
Encourage families to register before Picture Day.
Provide a schedule of classrooms and approximate class sizes.
Notify us of any children who should not be photographed.
Have classrooms ready at their scheduled time.
Assist younger children in transitioning to and from photography.
A staff member should be available throughout Picture Day to assist with classroom transitions and answer questions.

Prior to Picture Day:
Registration opens.
Families register online.
Marketing materials are distributed.
Final classroom schedule is confirmed.
Picture Day:
Individual portraits are photographed.
Staff headshots are completed.
Class photos are taken.
After Picture Day:
Images are professionally edited.
Families receive online galleries.
Orders are placed directly through PS Photography.
Complimentary class photos are delivered to the center.
