OUTDOOR PLAY PORTRAITS
Children are photographed naturally while playing outdoors, creating authentic smiles and personality-filled images.

CLASS PHOTOS
Centers may choose between two class photo options:
Traditional Class Photo
The entire class photographed together.
Composite Class Photo
Each child is photographed individually and combined into one professionally designed class photo.
Composite class photos are especially helpful for younger classrooms where getting every child looking at the camera at the same time can be difficult.
STAFF HEADSHOTS
Complimentary professional headshots for each staff member. There is no registration fee for staff, however, they will need to still register.
$50 photo badge credit for the center to use toward employee identification badges.
Staff members will also receive their own private online gallery.
If a staff member would like a digital copy of their professional headshot for LinkedIn, email signatures, business use, or personal use, it can be purchased directly through their gallery.
Center Registration
A non-refundable Date Reservation Retainer of $100 is required to reserve the Childcare Center's School Day Smiles photography date. This retainer secures the requested date and compensates PS Photography for reserving the time, scheduling, and pre-session planning.
$100 Center Choice Credit
After your School Day Smiles event is completed, your center will receive a $100 Center Choice Credit. You decide how to use it:
"Day in the Life" documentary photos
Staff Digital Images
Treat your staff with some goodies
Upgrade to framed classroom prints (8x10)
Updated website and marketing images
Family event sponsorship
Minimum Participation: If fewer than 10 children are registered by the registration deadline, PS Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event in consultation with the Childcare Center. Any retainer paid will be transferred to the new date or refunded if the event cannot be rescheduled.

Marketing Support
PS Photography provides marketing materials to help families learn about Picture Day.
Materials include:
Parent flyers
Posters for entryways and classrooms
Registration information
QR codes for easy online registration
Reminder graphics (if desired)
Centers are encouraged to share reminders through newsletters, parent communication apps, social media, and email.
We ask that your center:
Share registration information with families.
Encourage families to register before Picture Day.
Provide a schedule of classrooms and approximate class sizes.
Notify us of any children who should not be photographed.
Have classrooms ready at their scheduled time.
Assist younger children in transitioning to and from photography.
A staff member should be available throughout Picture Day to assist with classroom transitions and answer questions.

Prior to Picture Day:
Registration opens.
Families register online.
Marketing materials are distributed.
Final classroom schedule is confirmed.
Picture Day:
Individual portraits are photographed.
Staff headshots are completed.
Class photos are taken.
After Picture Day:
Images are professionally edited.
Families receive online galleries.
Orders are placed directly through PS Photography.
Complimentary class photos are delivered to the center.
